Big Night Out was the ‘celebrity’ edition in the Girls’ Night In series which mixed stories with other ingredients – like a good cocktail – and allowed editors Nick Earls, Imogen Edwards-Jones, Jessica Adams and Maggie Alderson (pictured right, at Century in London, just before the book’s release) to change the best-selling literary recipe.
Stella McCartney, Kate Moss and War Child
When Sir Paul McCartney covered The Beatles’ classic Come Together at Abbey Road with Paul Weller and Noel Gallagher, to help War Child, there were two other familiar faces in the studio – Stella McCartney and Kate Moss. You can see them making a cameo appearance here. After Stella McCartney provided the introduction to the first book in the Girls’ Night In series, Kate Moss donated her choice of favourite party dress for Big Night Out , the third volume in the series.
